  • USPS Priority Mail, Grand Advantage or UPS Ground, estimated 2-4 days
  • USPS Priority Express, 1-2 days
  • Free shipping: UPS Ground

Orders are no longer our responsibility once they are out of our possession. Any issues with delivery or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer; please contact your local post office or UPS to inquire, as we cannot do this for you.

Please allow time for USPS or UPS to update tracking on your order. Our current processing and packing time is 3-6 business days; any changes will be posted and any affected customers will be notified. Thank you for your understanding!

 

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it within two weeks of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for packaging and purchasing a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Pictures of the items are encouraged so we can assess the problem and accurately accommodate you.
